Gun Bans: Racist in Application and Design?
An amicus brief on the DC gun ban case before the Supreme Count submitted by the Congress for Racial Equality argues that "gun control measures have been and are used to disarm and oppress blacks and other minorities."
I'll leave it to others to argue about this one.
